〽⤵⤵there fore .... 1/Rp = 1/20 + 1/20
〽⤵Rp = 20/2 = 10 ohm ....
thus the equivalent resistance is 10 ohms ....
Now we know that ...
〽↖V = IR. ...
thus 3 = I 10 ...
this the current in the circuit is 3/10 = 0.3 A
〽⤵⤵⚓I = 0.3 Ampere...
