let the length and breadth be 5x and 2x
total length including path = 5x+5
total breadth including Path = 2x+5
area of path = total area - area of park
446 = (5x+5)*(2x+5) - 5x*2x
446 = 10x^2+25x+10x+25- 10x^2
446 = 35x+25
x = 446-25/35
x = 421/35
length = 5*421/35 = 60.12m
breadth = 2*421/35 = 24.05m
