it's simple question

since

CQ:BQ=2:1

CQ=(2/3)BC

CAQ is right angled triangle

so

AQ^2=AC^2+CQ^2

put the value of CQ

AQ^2=AC^2+(4/9)BC^2

multiply by 9

9AQ^2=9AC^2+4BC^2........i)

similarly BPC is right angled triangle

BP^2=CP^2+BC^2

BP^2=(2/3AC)^2+ BC^2

BP^2=(4/9)AC^2+BC^2

9BP^2=9BC^2+4AC^2......ii)

add both

9(AQ+BP)^2=9(AC^2+BC^2)+4(AC^2+BC^2)

9AQ^2=13AB^2...(AC^2+BC^2=AB^2)
