 \frac{ { \sin}^{2} 45 +  \frac{3}{4} { \csc  }^{2} 30 +  { \tan }^{2}  60}{ { \sin30 }^{2}  +  { \cos }^{2}60 +  \frac{1}{2}   { \sec }^{2}45 }

 \sin(45)   = \frac{1}{ \sqrt{2} }

 \csc(30)  =  \frac{1}{ \sin(30) }  = 2

 \tan(60 )  =  \sqrt{3}

 \sin(30 )  =  \frac{1}{2}

 \cos(60 )  =  \frac{1}{2}

 \sec(45)  =  \frac{1}{ \cos(45) }  =  \sqrt{2}

so \:  \frac{ \frac{1}{2}  + ( \frac{3}{4} \times 4) + 3 }{ \frac{1}{4}  +  \frac{1}{4}  + ( \frac{1}{2} \times 2) }  =  \frac{ \frac{13}{2} }{ \frac{3}{2} }  =  \frac{13}{3}

So your answer is 13/3.
