ans is 58 as couples were 10 and suitcase was 5 each qnd bag was 8 each and. 8+5*10= 58

=3/15=5
in third.......
=3/24=8
in fourth......
=8+5×10=58.....ans......

I think :
8 + (5 × 10) = 8 + 50
= 58.
8 = School Bag.
5 = Office Bag.
10 = Husband and Wife.
