4 + 4 +4 = 12

(3 is added both sides) {1+3=4, 9+3=12}

7+ 7 +7 = 15

(3 is added both sides) {4+3=7, 12+3=15}

8+8 +8= 16

here 1 is added to 7 so the '?' should be 16

{7+1=8 , 15+1=16}

I'm not sure about the answer but it should be 16.
