Given  :  The number indicates how many edges must connect the vertex with its neighbors

To Find :  the number which full fill the rule

Solution:

take number 1  :

two 1's are connected to 3

two 1's  is connected to 5

Hence 1 does not full fill

take number 2 :

two 2's are connected to 3

one 2's is connected to 5

Hence 2 does not full fill

take number 3 :

 3 is connected to 5   does not satisfy

Hence  3 does not full fill

take number 4  :

two 4's are connected to 5

one 4's is connected to 8

Hence 4  does not full fill  

take number 5  :

two 5's  connected to 5   ( satisfy )

two 5's  connected to 8

Hence  Number 5 fulfill the condition PARTIALLY

take number 7  :

7 is connected to 8

Hence 7  does not full fill  

Number 5 satisfy partially at 2 places.
