x/3+y/2=13/6--------equation 2

From equation 1,

(9x-10y)/6= -2

9x-10y= -12------equation 3

From equation 2,

(2x+3y)/6=13/6

2x+3y=13---------equation 4

From equation 3 and 4,

9x-10y= -12(multiply by 3)

2x+3y=13(multiply by 10)

which gives,

27x-30y= -36

20x+30y=130

now we get ,

47x=94

x=94/47

x=2

and y we find by substituting x

20x+30y=130

20(2)+30y=130

40+30y=130

30y=90

y=3

Therefore

x=2 and y=3
