 \frac{3x}{2}  -  \frac{5y}{3}  =  - 2

 \frac{9x - 10y}{6}  =  - 2

9x - 10y =  - 12..........{i}

 \frac{ x}{3}  +  \frac{y}{2}  =  \frac{13}{6}

 \frac{2x + 3y}{6}  =  \frac{13}{6}

2x + 3y = 13.....................{ii}

multiply i with 3

multiply ii with 10

we get,

27x - 30y =  - 36

20x + 30y = 130

Subtract both result

we get,

40x = 94

x =  \frac{94}{40}

x =  \frac{47}{20}

putting x Value in equation

2( \frac{47}{20} ) + 3y = 13

 \frac{47}{10}  + 3y = 13

3y = 13 -  \frac{47}{10}

3y =  \frac{130 - 47}{10}

3y =  \frac{83}{10}

y =  \frac{83}{30}

hope it will help

i thik wrong answer

but still i tried
