therefore ,

Total = 5+2 = 7 kg

cost of the 7 kg mixture = 5*250+2*75
= 1250+150
= 1400/-

thus ,

the cost of 1 kg of mixture coffee = 1400/7 = 200/-

SP = 230/-

since ,

selling price is greater than the cost price.

therefore
gain / kg = 230-200=30/-

gain % = 30200*100=15%

thus ,
