4 x + 3y = 6

3x - 5y =16

4 x + 3y = 6 × 5

3x - 5y =16 × 3

20x + 15y = 30

9 x - 15y = 48

29x = 78

x= 78/29

x= 2(20/29)

Substitute x in ( 4 x + 3y = 6

4 × ( 78/ 29) + 3y = 6

3y = 6 - 312/29

3y = (174-312)/29

3y= -138/29

y= -138/87

y= 1(51/87)
