\frac{-27}{35} +\frac{-8}{35} =\frac{-35}{35}

\frac{-35}{35} + \frac{1}{21} \\

lcm of 35,21 = 105

\frac{-35}{35} *\frac{3}{3} =\frac{-105}{105}

\frac{1}{21} *\frac{5}{5}  = \frac{5}{105}

\frac{-105+5}{105} =\frac{-100}{105}

we will simplify it

\frac{-20}{21} is the correct answer
