You can use quadratic formula
d = b {}^{2} - 4ac
d = 48 {}^{2} - 4(1)( - 324)
d = 2304 + 1296
d = 3600
now use quadratic formula------

x = \frac{ - 48 + 60}{2}
x = \frac{12}{2} = 6

By neglecting the value of X which is in negative and choosing the positive value.

Hence, The value of X=6.

x2 + 48x - 324 = 0
x2 + 6x - 54x - 324 = 0
x(x+6) -54 (x+6) = 0
(x-54) (x+6) = 0
x-54=0 ; x+6=0
x= 54 ; x=-6

Therefore, the two zeroes are 54 & -6.
