Also

∠ACD + ∠ADC + ∠CAD = 180˚ {sum of angles of a △}

40˚ + 80˚ + ∠CAD = 180˚

∠CAD = 180˚ – 120˚ = 60˚

Now, ∠DCT = ∠CAD

= 60˚ {Alternate segment theorem }
