Dimensions of pressure = [M][L]^1[T]^-2
Volume = [L]³
As we know that the things which have the same dimensions can only be added together.-
So, a/V² and P should have the same dimensions.
[M][L]^-1[T]^-2= a[L]^-2×3 (Since it's V² not just V)
[M][L]^-1[T]^-2= a[L]^-6
a = [M][L]^5[T]^-2
So, the answer is (A)
