Given,
 -  \frac{3}{7}  +  \frac{2}{3}  \\  \\ this \: can \: be \: written \: as \\  \\   \frac{ (- 3 \times 7 ) + (2 \times 3)}{21}
[[This we did by taking lcm of 7 and 3]]

  \frac{- 21 + 6}{21} \\  \\  =   \frac{ - 15}{21}  \\  \\  =   \frac{ - 5}{ \:  \:  \:  \: 7}
 =  - 0.71
