Hey user here is your answer.......

---->To find- x

-----> Given equation- x^2+4x+5=0

◆By quadratic formula

◆x^2+4x+5

◆D=b^2-4ac

◆D=(4)^2-4(1)(5)

◆=16-20

◆D=-4

So it is less than 4 so no real root exist in given equation

Thanks☺️

Answer:

No factors.

Step-by-step explanation:

Factoring  x2+4x+5

The first term is,  x2  its coefficient is  1 .

The middle term is,  +4x  its coefficient is  4 .

The last term, "the constant", is  +5

1 : Multiply the coefficient of the first term by the constant   1 • 5 = 5

2 : Find two factors of  5  whose sum equals the coefficient of the middle term, which is   4 .

     -5 + -1 =   -6

     -1+ -5 =    -6

     1 + 5 =    6

     5 +  1=   6

No two such factors can be found.
