first we will put the suitable terms in bracket

 (x^{2}  +  {z}^{2}  + - 2xz) -  {y}^{2}

here we will factorise the term be identity 2 that is

(a - b) {}^{2}  =  {a}^{2}  +  {b}^{2}  - 2ab

now it become

(x - z) {}^{2}  -  {y}^{2}

using formula a^2-b^2=(a+b)(a-b)

we will solve it

(x-z+y)(x-z-y) is the ans
