Solution :

We can solve the equation by Cross - Multiplication ,

(5x + 2) \times 7 = 12 \times (2x + 3) \\ 35x + 14 = 24x + 36 \\ 35x - 24x = 36 - 14 \\ 11x = 22 \\  \:  \:  \:  \:  \: x =  \frac{22}{11}  \\  \: x = 2

Therefore, The Value of x = 2
