MARK THE BRAINLIEST ANSWER

2x-y-3=0

2x-y=3.....(I)

similarly,4x+y=3....(II)

adding (1) & (2)

6x=6

x=6/6=1

substitute x=1 in equation (1)

we get,2x-y=3

2(1)-y=3

y=-1

hence,x=1 & y=-1
