solve using elimination method

2x+y=5

3x-2y=-3

2x + y = 5 -1

3x - 2y = -3 -2

multiple eq 1 by 2 and eq2 by 1

4x+2y=10 -3

3x - 2y = -3 -4

adding eq1 and 2

4x + 2y =10

3x - 2y = -3

we get 7x = 7

x= 7/7=1

put value in eq1

2x + y = 5

2×1+y =5

2+y=5

y=5-2

y=3
