we know,
a^3+b^3=(a+b)(a^2+b^2-ab)
so, (x+3y)(x^2+9y^2-3xy)=(x)^3+(3y)^3
a^3+b^3=(a+b)(a^2+b^2-ab)
so, (x+3y)(x^2+9y^2-3xy)=(x)^3+(3y)^3
