= \frac{ (2+i)^{3} }{2+3i}  =  \frac{8-i+12i-6}{2+3i}= \frac{2+10i}{2+3i}
now multiply and devide by 2-3i

= \frac{2+10i}{2+3i}  *  \frac{2-3i}{2-3i} =  \frac{4-6i+20i+30}{4+9}=  \frac{34+14i}{13}

=  \frac{34}{13}+ \frac{14}{13} i
