For simplifying we will use BODMAS,

As per BODMAS rule,

B for Bracket

O for Of

D for Divide

M for Multiply

A for Addition

S for Subtraction

So, applying the above concept

$[-30-(-18)]\div [ 19 \div (-13)]$

Divide  19 by 13 we het

=$[-30-(-18)]\div [ -1.46]$

Substract 18 from 30 we get

=$(-12) \div (-1.46)$

Now finally divide these two terms we get

=$8.21$

The value of $[-30-(-18)]\div [ 19 \div (-13)]$ is 8.21
