We know that, the area of a rectangle is l×b

Also, area of a triangle is 1/2 × b × h

and for the triangle, we have b=14, h=10.

∴ Required area =25×16−( 1/2 × 14 × 10 )

⇒400−70=330 cm²

Hence, the required area is 330 cm²
