it has been given that 120 men can eat the food in 200 days , they have eaten it for 5 days , and than 30 men died .

It means that now 90 men have to eat that food , which was sufficient for 120 men for 195 days (5 days already eaten) .

so,

90*X = 120*195

X = 120*195/90

X = 260 days (Ans)
