(x + 10)(y - 2) = xy \\ \\ (x - 10)(y + 3) = xy \\ \\ \\ \\ then.. \\ \\ \\ ( x + 10)(y - 2) = xy \\ \\ xy - 2x + 10y - 20 = xy \\ \\ \\ 2x - 10y + 20 = 0.......(1)equ \\ \\ \\ same \\ \\ (x - 10)(y + 3) = xy \\ \\ xy - 10y + 3x - 30 = xy \\ \\ 3x - 10y - 30 = 0.....(2)equ \\ \\ \\ equ \: (1) \: and \: equ \: (2)... \\ \\ \\ 2x - 10y + 20 = 0 \\ 3x - 10y - 30 = 0 \\ = {}^{ - } = \: \: {}^{ + } = = {}^{ + } = = = = = = \\ - x + 50 = 0 \\ \\ x = 50 \: ans. \\ \\ 2 \times (50) - 10y + 20 = 0 \\ \\ 120 = 10y \\ \\ y = 12 \: \: ans.. \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ so \\ \\ x = 50 \\ y = 12
