( \sqrt{X}  + 2)( \sqrt{x}  - 2) = 0

(A + B)(A - B) = (A {}^{2}  - B {}^{2})

A =  \sqrt{X}

B = 2

Now

( \sqrt{X} ) {}^{2}  -( 2) {}^{2}  = 0

X - 4 = 0

X = 4
