Solve x^2 + xy = 15 and x - y = 1​

Y=X-1

SO SUBSTITUTE IN THE EQUATION

x^2 + x(x-1) =15

so x=3 or -5/2

if x=3 ,y=2

if x=-5/2 the y =-7/2
