x+2y= -4 ~ equation no.1

3x +4y = -6 ~equation no.2

multiple by 2 in equation no. 1

2x+4y = -8. ~equation no.3

by deletion method ( विलोपन method)

in equation no. 3 & 2

2x+4y = -8

3x+4y = -6

-x+0. = -2

so

x = 2

now,

from equation no.1

2+2y = -4

2y = -4-2

2y = -6

y =-3

so,x = 2 & y = -3

.
