 \frac{x}{3}  +  \frac{x}{6}  +  \frac{x}{9}  = 11

 \frac{6x + 3x + 2x}{18}  = 11

 \frac{11x}{18}  = 11

11x = 11 \times 18

x =  \frac{11 \times 18}{11}

x = 18
