\sf\frac{x}{4} + \sf\frac{x}{6} = x-7

Taking LCM , we get :-

\sf\frac{3x + 2x}{12} = x-7

→ 3x + 2x = 12(x - 7)

→ 5x = 12(x-7)

→ 7x = 84

→ x =  \sf \frac{\cancel{84}}{\cancel{7}}

→ x = 12

Hence the required value of x is 12
