solve x/5+3=x+1/2+1

Answer:

x/5+3 = x+1/2+1

x(2+1) = x+1(5+3)

2x+2 = 8(x+1)

2x+2 = 8x+8

2x-8x = 8-2

-6x = 6

x =6/-6

=-1
