  • As per the data given in the question, we have to find the value of x.

        Given data- x+9=-2x+12.

        Solution:-

  • Step 1-Firstly, we observe the equation and identify the variables and constant.
  • Step 2-Then, we simplify the brackets
  • Step 3- Transpose all terms containing variable on L.H.S. and constant term on   R.H.S.we get,
  • Step 4-After that, we Simplify L.H.S and R.H.S. in the simplest form so that each side contains only one term.
  • Step 5- solve the equation obtained in step 4 by dividing both sides of the coefficient of the variables on LHS.

        \Rightarrow x+9=-2x+12\\\Rightarrow x+2x=12-9\\\Rightarrow 3x=3\\\Rightarrow x=1.

       Hence, the value will be 1.

Here we are given an equation x+9=-2×+12

We have to solve for the value of 'x'

  • First of all we will have to rearrange the equation

       x+9=  -2×12

          x = -2(12) - 9

  • Now we will apply the BODMAS rule to solve the right-hand side of the equation

      We will first multiply and then subtract

      x= -24 - 9

        = -33

The value of 'x' is -33.
