√(x/x-3) + √(x-3/x) = 5/2​

Just square on both sides

RHS = x/x-3 + x-3/x +2

LHS = (5/2)^2=25/4

x/x-3 + x-3/x = 25/4 -2

Taking LCM

(2x^2 +9-6x)/(x^2-3)=25/4

solving this you will get x= 4 or x= -1

here you are lucky that you got the reciprocal of first term in RHS of the question. Think what if you get a different second term in RHS .You will get confused as you will get √x and x both in a single equation. Think about it how can you solve that ..
