\frac{(x+y)^2-(x-y)^2}{x^2y -xy^2}\\\\=\frac{x^2+y^2+2xy-(x^2+y^2-2xy)}{xy(x -y)}\\\\=\frac{4xy}{xy(x-y)}\\\\=\frac{4}{x-y}
