given that: x = 2 and y = -3

here,
(x+y)² = {2-3}²

=> (2- 3)² = 2² + 3² - 2×2×3

= 4 + 9 - 12
=> 13 -12 = 1 Answer

acc. to ques [2+(-3)]^2=2^2+2(3)(-3)+(-3)^2
=[2+(-3)]^2=1
