Lets , take 2nd equation,$x-2y+z-w=0$

solve it for z;

$z=w+2y-x$

Now , we can replace z in the other equations to get,

$x+y-2(w+2y-x)+3w=0,\\4x+y-5(w+2y-x)+8w=0,\\5x-7y+2(w+2y-x)-w=0$

On solving we get,

$3x-3y+w=0,\\9x-9y+3w=0,\\3x-3y+w=0$

Here, we getting all three equations same.
