Step-by-step explanation:

let √2= a and 1=b

As the polynomial p(x) is in the form of

p(x)= x^2 - (a+b)x+ ab = (x-a)(x-b)

therefore, p(x)= x^2 - (√2+1)x + √2

p(x) = (x-√2)(x-1) =0

So, x=√2 and x=1

the zeros of the polynomial p(x) :- √2 & 1
