= a^2 - a - 20
= a^2 - 5a + 4a - 20

= ( a - 5 )( a + 4 )
Substitute value of a
= ( x^2 - 4x - 5 )( x^2 - 4x + 4 )
= ( x^2 - 5x + x - 5 )( x^2 - 4x + 4 )
= [ x ( x - 5 ) + 1 ( x - 5 )] ( x^2 - 4x + 4 )
= ( x - 5 )( x + 1 )( x^2 - 4x + 4 )
= ( x - 5 )( x + 1 )( x + 2 )^2
