The correct answer is "x= -5" and "x=-1".

Step-by-step explanation:

The \ given \ equation \ is:\\x^2+6x+5=0\\On \ factorizing \ the \ above \ equation,we \ get\\x^2+5x+x+5=0\\x(x+5)+1(x+5)=0\\(x+1)(x+5)=0\\x+1=0\\x=-1\\x+5=0\\x=-5
