 \tt The  \: given \:  eq.  \: is

 \tt => \frac{2}{3} (4x - 1) - (4x -  \frac{1 - 3x}{2} ) =  \frac{x - 7}{2}

 \tt( 6 \: is \: the \: lcm \: of3,2) \\   \tt multiply \: both \: sides \: by \: 6,  we \: get \:

 \tt  4(4x - 1) - 6(4x -  \frac{1 - 3x}{2} ) =  3(x - 7)

 \tt   \rightarrow \: 16x - 4 - 24x + 3(1 - 3x) = 3x - 21

 \tt   \rightarrow \: 16x - 4 - 24x + 3 - 9x= 3x - 21

 \tt   \rightarrow \:  - 17x - 1 = 3x - 21

 \tt   \rightarrow \:  - 17x - 3x =  - 21 + 1....(transposing)

 \tt   \rightarrow \:  - 20x =  - 20

 \tt   \rightarrow \:  x =    \frac{  \cancel{- 20}}{  \cancel{- 20} } = 1

 \tt Verifying

 \tt put  \: the  \: value \:  of  \: x \:  in  \: given \:  eq.

 \tt ❥  \frac{2}{3} (4x - 1) - (4x -  \frac{1 - 3x}{2} ) =  \frac{x - 7}{2}

 \tt  ❥ \frac{2}{3} (4(1) - 1) - (4(1)-  \frac{1 - 3(1)}{2} ) =  \frac{(1) - 7}{2}

 \tt  ❥ \frac{2}{3} (4 - 1) - (4-  \frac{1 - 3}{2} ) =  \frac{ - 6}{2}

 \tt  ❥ \frac{2}{3} (3) - (4-  \frac{  \cancel{- 2}}{ \cancel2} ) =  \frac{  \cancel{- 6}}{ \cancel{2} }

 \tt  ❥ 2 - (4 - ( - 1)) =  - 3

 \tt  ❥ 2 - (4  +  1) =  - 3

 \tt  ❥ 2 - 5=  - 3

 \tt  ❥  - 3=  - 3

  \tt Hence, L.H.S = R.H.S  \: PROVED
