Hello user !

Firstly , what is meant by reducing power.

Answer :- The tendency of an element to lose electron is called reduction and the property of that element is called the reducing power.

K+ will have the maximum reducing power because it loses its valence electrons more easily than Magnesium and Gold and Mercury are Noble metals which can not be reduced easily.

So , Answer is Potassium (K/K+)

Hope it helps ❤ ❤

reducing power yaani ki khud oxidise hina chahta hai.

more negative value matlab ki - metal ke comparison mein uska ion jyada stable hai.

so K ion is more stable than K

and Mg ion is more stable than Mg atom.

jyada negative jo hai, wo apne metallic form mein jyada stable hai

so the answer is potassium.
