No i think it was a need for the company to stopthe revolt . They were feared of losing territories and being dethroned and grave danger too.
Also indians violated but were correct on thier part.They didn't had any other option as the indians were violent at that time.The strategies that company took afterwards were correct and i too will agree to take such policies too for the revivalof my organisation's lnd as a loyal officer.
