The fats stored by yaks Help them to survive in their habitat which is so cold and keep the yaks warm. More habitats are they have enlarged heart and lungs according to other animals which help them in breathing the thin air of higher altitude. They have a large coat of fur which also help them to keep them warm in cold habitat. Their fur is also used to make wool but in summers only they are sheared from yaks.
