Bike riding is a lot fun, but accidents happens. the safest way to use a bike is to get places, not to play.every year a lot of kids need to see their doctors or to go to emergency rooms because of bike injuries caused by overspeeding.
I live in XYZ colony and my colony is very green and clean it is usually quiet and peaceful there but from the past few days I am noticing some bikers from my balcony. they all look under age and they all overspeed one of them have a bullet and irritating sound bullet create disturbs the peace here. first of all the law clearly does not permit driving by those under 18 years in any case, even if it's an emergency. the issue with these boys are that they are driven by impulse and tend to drive fast or get into impromptu racing with each other. In some case, they are just too young to understand road conditions and their presence on wheels endangered the lives of others. these boys look somewhere between 13 to 17 years old there are five of them two of them are extremely thin one of them had a good physique and the other to a bit healthy.
whenever they passed from the colony they shout so much and they even smoke sometimes, they create a lot of noise that disturbs me and it must also disturb other people of our colony. other than these activities i have seen them sometimes looking inside other people's house with bad intentions.
