Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

In first condition,

C.P. of 11 candies= ₹10

C.P. of 1 candy=₹10/11

In second condition,

C.P. of 9 candies= ₹10

C.P. of 1 candy= ₹10/9

C.P. of both the candies=₹(10/11+10/9)

                                         =₹(90+110/99)

                                         =₹200/9

C.P.  of 1 candy=₹(200/9*1/2)

                         =₹100/99

S.P. of 1 candy=₹1

Loss=₹(100/99-1)=₹1/99

Loss%=(1/99)/(11/99)*100%

         =1% loss
