some children are unhealthy because they not do proper exercises proper yoga Sun or not take sleep do not eat proper for the healthy child they should do exercise take plenty of sleep and eat fruits and vegetables following things should be done for proper diet fat oil sugar salt should be in less proportion meet and other alternative should be in fat 223 serving per day vegetable and fruit shuld be to eat per day rise and other alternatives will be 5 to 7 serving per day
