Option (d) is correct.
cell → tissue → organ  organ system
Explanation:
A multi cellular organism is made up or different cells. Each cell is responsible for performing a specific task. Different types of cells combine together to perform a common function as a group.
When cells combined together, they form tissues. Tissues are the next level in the manufacturing of a multi cellular organisms and are specialized to perform only one or few specific tasks. For example, the task of muscle tissues is to contract and relax.
Several tissues grouped together to form an organ. Within an organ, tissues work collectively to perform even more complicated and specific tasks. For example, Heart is made of muscular tissues and these tissues combine together to perform a more complicated task of pumping blood.
The next level is the organ system which is formed when different organs combine and work together. For example heart is one of the organ of the circulatory system. The function of the heart is to pump blood but the whole circulatory system work together to circulate blood throughout the body.

TPS: See, brother, it is a multiple choice question and I had answered correctly. There is nothing in the question about explaing the answer. You explained and kudos to you for that. Bit why did you delete my answer? The asker didn't ask for an explanation.
TPS: You can't just delete an answer just because you didn't like it.
