Some Constituencies in Ladakh and Rajasthan Strech for hundred of square kilometres but some Constituencies in Delhi and Kerala are just a sq.kms in size. Why is this so?

The constituencies depend on the population. Each constituencies are set in such a way that the population over each one coincides. So in Kerala small constituencies are set up due to high population in that constituency. But for the same population the area of constituency in Rajasthan will be much higher.
